The public holiday today was well spent I must say, although not to the fullest extent. Mak made Tom Yam Noodles today!! One of the dishes on my favourite home-made food list, just before Rojak Bandung. Hence, I did not hesitate to help Mak out with the cooking chores resulting in me only managing to take the morning shower slightly after noon. Yeah, but not before I had first dips on the Tom Yam!!

After Zuhur prayers the whole family and together with Nenek, went to a maternal relative’s open house at Loyang, since she and her family just moved there. One of those private apartments. Personally, I don’t really fancy living in private houses cause it makes you outcasted from the social public. To me, I prefer the whole HDB flat living style. Anyways, the food there was nice and definitely more than enough. But, due to the account that I had already eaten before coming, I only settled for light refreshments.

Ended off the day with tutoring session with Hazim. He showed me his new indoor swimming pool in the kitchen. Hmm, big enough to fit me inside. The things parents buy for their kids. Anyways, the tutoring session went well. Except when it came to the Kata Berlawan part. He managed to remember everything else on the list except for ’keruh lawannya jernih’. Gah, despite the numerous times I told him, he can’t seemed to remember that particular one. Don’t know why. Kids, go figure.
