From Kuala Lumpur, With Love: Part I can be found here.

On the second day at Kuala Lumpur, the intention was to go to Times Square shopping centre. We didn’t really know what we wanted to do there, maybe shopping, having rides, watch a movie etc. Anyhoos, after breakfast we quickly made our way there.

Times square is huuugggeee! I think they had 9 or 10 stories. We went crazy at Borders and I was desperately trying to search for some stationaries there. Turned out, the Borders there is different from the one here in Singapore, but their books are not disappointing. Since I couldn’t find the stationaries that I wanted, I settled for looking through some photography guide books in one corner. Roamed around for some time but sadly, I didn’t see anything that I fancied. I don’t know…somehow the things there just weren’t my taste and I still had some money to spent. I didn’t really know particularly what I was searching for. I thought that I’ll just purchase whatever that caught my eye. Maybe a dress, a bag or anything.

They had an indoor mini theme park. The best part was the rollercoaster. We did want to have a go at it, but decided against it. It would be such a waste of money to pay 25 ringgit to get into the theme park and only being able to ride on a few rides cause some of the other rides were being repaired. Actually, I only wanted to ride the rollercoaster. Hahaha…
We settled for a movie instead at 2.15pm. We were going to watch Fantastic 4-Rise of the Silver Surfer at an IMAX Theatre. An IMAX Theatre! Can you imagine how great it was! Power!

Since we still had time to spare before the movie, we got ourselves some dessert first. The movie was great and not a let-down at all! It was a good follow-up to the first movie. After the movie, we went to Secret Recipe! Hohoho. Things died down a bit soon cause I guess we were all tired.

That practically sums up our whole stay at Kuala Lumpur and our whole trip to Malaysia. We were off right after breakfast on Monday morning. The trip was relaxing, but not so relaxing as I thought it would be. But it was enjoyable. An enjoyable one indeed.
